Ort Kairo, Cairo Governorate, Ägypten Anzeigen-ID R-174039 Veröffentlichungsdatum 30/07/2023 The “Fleet Manager” will lead AZ Fleet Team and drive relations with external vendors for car support services end to end (from purchase to ownership lifecycle). He/she will be accountable for the delivery of functional specific projects and the personal development of the team. Also, will lead and drive the CAPEX budget to ensure efficient fleet management.

Typical Accountabilities:

Manage Fleet inventory across the organization and regularly assess external vendor services’ support
Manage the daily fleet maintenance/insurance/license renewals
Prepare maintenance, license and fleet insurance budget yearly aligning with Finance Department
Develop on a regular basis a tracking sheet to facilitate the assessment of vehicles status and submit reports as needed
Conduct regular review meetings with maintenance centers and vendors to ensure cost control compliance, also to ensure service level agreements are maintained
Work on innovative projects to ensure sustainability and reliability of the fleet
Diagnose problems and carry out minor repairs and services where applicable to minimize the operational impact of having vehicles off the road
Manage the introduction of new assets and disposal of older assets within the operation to maintain age and use policies
Responsible for fleet management including inspections, defects, and full maintenance programs; ensuring completion efficiently and effectively, and that the company remains compliant according to the local laws and global directions
Assist the management team in the administrative activities of the overall fleet budget and car delivery
Manage functional specific project plans that support the organization’s objectives to achieve its mission of Zero Carbon Emission
Monitor SHE activities and ensure car policy is aligned with the Global Specifications

Qualification / Experience Needed:

Proven work experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role (Min. 3 years of fleet experience)
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed
Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments
A bachelor’s degree in logistics or accounting
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fleet Manager
