<p>Black &amp; Grey HR is currently recruiting for an International Luxury Retail brand seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving processes and analyzing financial activities, including accounting, controlling, and treasury. Candidates with financial audit experience in a Big 4 firm are highly encouraged to apply.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff, while recommending appropriate courses of action.</li><li>Advise on investment activities and develop strategies for the company.</li><li>Maintain the financial health of the organization.</li><li>Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and compare the company’s performance to business plans.</li><li>Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.</li><li>Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.</li><li>Oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and establish a framework for their achievement.</li><li>Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.</li><li>Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper monitoring of company finances.</li><li>Communicate and collaborate with various departments to discuss company plans and align on future paths.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Requirements</u></p><ul><li>10+ years’ experience in a Big 4 audit firm mandatory</li><li>Prior experience as a Financial Manager</li><li>BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics</li><li>Professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Benefits</u></p><ul><li>Competitive salary + Benefits.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Relocation Support:</u></p><p>Relocation support will be provided to candidates from India with Big 4 experience who are selected for this role.
