  • Develop and recommend marketing and/or launch plans/strategies for assigned brands, including plans to correct shortfalls from planned results e.g., trade/consumer promotions/incentives.
  • Initiate and maintain records of brand sales performance, including advertising and sale promotion spending against budget.
  • Develop and maintain Corporate Sales relationships.

Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in brand management, trade marketing and sales development.
  • Experience in the chocolate industry is a MUST.
  • Experience in the Qatari market is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office applications.
