- Develop and recommend marketing and/or launch plans/strategies for assigned brands, including plans to correct shortfalls from planned results e.g., trade/consumer promotions/incentives.
- Initiate and maintain records of brand sales performance, including advertising and sale promotion spending against budget.
- Develop and maintain Corporate Sales relationships.
Requirements
- BA in Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand management, trade marketing and sales development.
- Experience in the chocolate industry is a MUST.
- Experience in the Qatari market is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Ms. Office applications.
