<ul><li>Identify potential business opportunities in the land transport sector in Dubai through market research, networking, and attending industry events and exhibitions. </li><li>Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into profitable business partnerships by understanding their unique transportation needs and offering tailored solutions. </li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and logistics partners, to facilitate collaboration and promote the companys services. </li><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. </li><li>Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage. </li><li>Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, address client feedback, and uphold the companys commitment to excellence. </li><li>Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and sustainable partnerships. </li><li>Continuously gather and share market intelligence and feedback from clients to improve existing services and identify potential areas for expansion. </li><li>Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market insights, presenting them to the management team. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. </li><li>Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the land transport or logistics industry in Dubai. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of the land transport sector in Dubai, including regulations, market trends, and key players. </li><li>Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </li><li>Excellent networking abilities and the capacity to build and maintain relationships. </li><li>Proficiency in English; additional language skills, such as Arabic, are advantageous. </li><li>High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a passion for achieving results. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. </li><li>Valid UAE drivers license and the willingness to travel as required.</li></ul>
