The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking a Planning Manager to join a leading joint venture on the NEOM Project in Saudi Arabia.<p><br></p><strong>Project </strong><p><br></p>NEOM is a ground-breaking initiative that aims to create a futuristic, sustainable, and technologically advanced city that will set new standards for urban development. As a key player in this transformative project, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Manager to lead and manage the planning works of our Joint Venture.<p><br></p><strong><u>Job Role / Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>The job role will be work in the field of Planning Manager. They will be responsible for effectively managing the planning works of the JV</li><li>Lead and oversee the planning department of the Joint Venture, ensuring the effective management of all planning activities related to the NEOM project.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting, to ensure the successful execution of various aspects of the project.</li><li>Monitor and control project progress, identifying potential delays or issues and proactively implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to gather project data, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project planning and execution.</li><li>Implement best practices and industry standards for project planning, scheduling, and risk management to ensure efficient and successful project delivery.</li><li>Mentor and guide team members, providing support and expertise to enhance their skills and knowledge in planning and project management.</li><li>Prepare regular progress reports and presentations to update senior management and stakeholders on project status and key performance indicators.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Location </strong><p><br></p>The role will be based on NEOM, Saudi Arabia.<p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 20 years of working experience in planning and project management, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex projects.</li><li>A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.</li><li>Previous experience working on projects in the Saudi Arabia region is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of local regulations and practices.</li><li>Proven expertise in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and address project challenges in a proactive manner.</li><li>Familiarity with advanced planning tools and software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Closing Statement</strong><p><br></p>ewi is an international consultancy focused on the search &amp; selection of the World’s leading engineering and construction professionals.
