Job Description
• Manage and achieve Overall sales and profitability for the assigned team / area/ customers.
• Maximize distribution (MSL products) and visibility of the appropriate product range.
• Create the Sales budget / forecast estimate and review as decided by the management.
• Manage and monitor the trade marketing budget estimated for the year.
• Responsible of business development agreements/market investments with key accounts.
• Identifies of new business opportunities & the development of sales & marketing strategies.
• Develop customer relations at all levels. Resolve customer complaints about products or services.
• Evaluate discount rates / rebates for key customers. Make sure that the agreed selling price (NRP) is realized.
• Responsible for controlling damage and expiry (make sure that it is within the agreed limit).
• Analyze monthly P&L – channel / customer wise and develop action plans
• Review sales records, expenses, and projected sales on monthly basis.
Skills
• Minimum of 7 years in Sale in the same capacity or as a Sr. Sales Executive.
• With Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field, preferably with Master’s Degree.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Use data-driven reports to spur sales coaching sessions and empower reps to take ownership of their opportunity pipelines.
• Understand pricing, margins, and discounting impacts.
