Our engineering culture is focused on 3 main pillars:<p><br></p><ul><li>We aim for operational excellence </li><li>We promote open communication and quick feedback</li><li>We share knowledge and learn continuously<br><br></li></ul>In our Tech team offers you will work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Engineers, while being faced with complex problems that affect customers on a global scale.<p><br></p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You will design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software in a thriving environment</li><li>You will manage individual project priorities and deliverables whilst working in a team who enjoy knowledge sharing sessions</li><li>You will stay up to date with the latest trends in technology</li><li>You work within your cross-functional team to uphold the highest technical standards right across the product<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>You’ll be great for this role if</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You show vast experience in developing software in large-scale production systems, ideally using Golang</li><li>You have a great foundation in microservice principles, event sourcing, cloud-native infrastructure, and clean code best practices</li><li>You are comfortable with both relational and non-relational databases</li><li>You have a proven track record working in agile and cross-functional teams with a strong focus on quality and delivery</li><li>You strive to join a high-performance engineering culture based on strong cooperation and innovation</li><li>You are an innovative thinker, able to quickly recognize opportunities and apply your expertise to deliver solutions that support outstanding customer experiences</li><li>You are proficient in English with effective communication skills</li><li>An experience in FinTech or in the payments domain will be a plus<br></li></ul>
