<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented <strong>CAD/BIM Modeler – Wet Utilities</strong> to join our team!<p><br></p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>We are looking for BIM modeler have extensive experience in modeling/drafting Wet utilities. In this role the candidate will perform modeling as per his designer instructions.<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p>Knowledge of CAD/BIM standards<p><br></p><ul><li>Have skills in Wet &amp; Dry utility drafting such as ( gravity and pressure networks plan and profile, electric networks )</li><li>Prepare technical drafting drawings for the Infrastructure (Utility Corridor Plan and utilities cross sections).</li><li>Collaboration and coordination with other disciplines on design changes and model challenges.</li><li>Liaise with Project Engineers on information requirements, project progress, and any potential delays.</li><li>Utilizing Civil3D and Navisworks to coordinate interference/clash detection and resolutions.</li><li>Using BIM software and tools to coordinate design documentation.</li><li>Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and contributing to the team’s objectives, communicating, and sharing knowledge.</li><li>supporting Dry utility team.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualification/Experience Required</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Diploma in engineering </li><li>years of experience : +8 </li><li>have experience in BIM Software (Civil3D &amp; Navisworks)</li><li>have experience in CAD Software (AutoCAD)</li><li>we prefer if you have experience in Revit </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Minimum Clearance Required To Start</u></strong><p><br></p>Not Applicable/None<p><br></p>Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
