<p>The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Position Title : Key Account Manager</p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities :</u></strong></p><p>l Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Key Utility scale customers active in the region</p><p>l Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals</p><p>l Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams</p><p>l Developing a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions</p><p>l Increase revenues &amp; profitability for the company according to established KPIs</p><p>l Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company</p><p>l Establishing and maintaining good relationships with different stakeholders</p><p>l Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry</p><p>l Frequent business travel to visit key clients</p><p><strong><u>Qualification Criteria :</u></strong></p><p>l Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics</p><p>l Good understanding of the local PV market</p><p>l A minimum of 3-5years successful sales experience in PV/ Solar industry</p><p>l Proven track record of managing key accounts in previous roles</p><p>l Have a good sense of teamwork</p><p>l Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously</p><p>l Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills</p><p>l Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills</p><p>l High reliability and ability to work under pressure</p><p>l Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated, and excellent teamwork</p><p>l Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis</p><p>l Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive, have strong self-confidence, and have a strong self-driving force</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Language Requirement:</u></strong></p><p>1. Proficiency in English &amp; Arabic/Spanish/Hindi</p>
