<strong>Overview<br><br></strong>G42 Healthcare is committed to developing a world-class, sustainable healthcare sector in the UAE and globally. At the forefront in the battle against the pandemic, G42 Healthcare partnered with Abu Dhabi authorities to develop a massive throughput laboratory in 14 days and spearheaded the world’s first Phase 3 clinical trial of COVID-19 inactivated vaccine. Beyond Covid-19, G42 Healthcare is also developing a wide range of activities to support the health of future generations – ranging from genomics, environmental sciences, advanced diagnostics to digitization programs, manufacturing and cutting-edge research.<br><br>We are looking for a product manager with extensive experience in healthcare. You will work with an agile team at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and product design to build a new healthcare data platform.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>You will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Conduct customer interviews and develop a deep understanding of their needs by conducting user research and studies.</li><li>Own the product backlog: author the epics and stories, create acceptance crtieria, and actively refine it to ensure availability of a steady flow of requirements to the team.</li><li>Manage allocation of resources keeping multiple competing deadlines and capacity in mind.</li><li>Perform market assessment and understand the competitive landscape.</li><li>Breakdown business requirements for technical implementation.</li><li>Work with strategy and commercial team to develop a product strategy, pricing, and revenue model.</li><li>Define qualitative and quantitative success metrics and track them.</li><li>Implement, and track, measurable quality assurance processes in development.</li><li>You are the voice of the customer and will act in that capacity to ensure the team achieves the product objectives.</li><li>Author release notes and participate in demos and ensuring clients are excited and well informed of upcoming changes.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of relevant experience on digital health or healthcare data products with degree in engineering, medicine, bioinformatics, biostatistics, epidemiology or similar.</li><li>Strong understanding of multi-modal healthcare data, including EHR, genomics, wearables, and other datasets.</li><li>Strong system’s understanding of data engineering, including SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL databases.</li><li>Ability to write queries using SQL, prior software development experience (3+ years).</li><li>An up-to-date understanding of the value RWE and RWD bring to pharma and regulators, among other users.</li><li>Experience backed with evidence in delivering at least one product in last 3 years using Agile and lean product methodologies in healthcare domain.</li><li>Strong quantitative and qualitative skills to support product decisions, define KPIs, prioritization skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with all relevant stakeholders verbally and in writing.</li><li>Comfort with reading market reports, whitepapers, technical papers and more to make a well-reasoned and referenced argument.</li><li>A strong team player spirit and an interest in learning new things</li></ul>
