<p>Our client, a leading multinational bank is looking to hire an Receptionist and Admin person who is available to join immediately. </p><p><br> </p><p>Some of the key responsibilities of the Administration officer include: </p><p>- Business Travel & Prepare related Expenses and Accounting.<br>- Covering the Reception Desk when needed ,Take and relay messages<br>- Deal with queries from the public and visitors<br>- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization<br>- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness<br>- Provide general administrative and clerical support<br>- Prepare correspondence and documents<br>- Receive and sort mail and deliveries<br>- General Administration Work <br><br> </p><p>What our client is looking for in candidates: </p><p> <strong>- Available immediately to join</strong> </p><p>- English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills is required </p><p>- Strong experience with organization travel and hotel bookings for management<br>- Professional personal presentation <br>- customer service orientation <br>- organizing and planning<br>- attention to detail</p>
