<p>The Finance &amp; Operations Manager is responsible for the overall daily operational systems, financial management, and administrative activities. He/She is expected to plan and direct the core business operations functions, including, contracts, finance, and administration, and support change management efforts toward continuous improvement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Financial Management, Planning &amp; Analysis</em></strong></p><ul><li>Conduct risk analysis/assessments and develop measures to better mitigate and manage risk.</li><li>Oversee the preparation and submission of all types of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, closing, QBR, consolidation, audit, and budget reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, local fiscal laws, and accounting principles, assess risks, and highlight findings to both the Senior and Head of Financial Control.</li><li>Receive and consolidate budgets at the group level and validate with the concerned local Financial Manager in coordination with both the Senior and Head of Financial Control;</li><li>Work closely with senior management for budgeting, forecasting, and planning opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Manage and comply with reporting requirements and tax filings as per governing laws and regulations;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Operational Effectiveness</em></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the administration actions including development and modifications of subcontracts for partners; issuing approvals and amendments; reviewing and monitoring budgets; and maintaining positive working relationships with partners &amp; vendors. </li><li>Review and oversee the operations, policies, and procedures; streamline financial management, provide capacity-building support to staff to enhance their knowledge of client rules and regulations.</li><li>Oversee the development and improvement of standard operating procedures and KPIs; monitor function performance; resolve performance deficiencies and complaints and ensure continuous improvement.</li><li>Lead and manage the Finance &amp; Operations Units in full accordance with the company policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improving and adjusting existing workflows and systems and submit recommendations accordingly;</li><li>Strategically evaluate market opportunities and work with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth in the business.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Leadership and Team Management </em></strong></p><ul><li>Manage staff and periodically evaluate their performance.</li><li>Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.</li><li>Support sales and operations teams on medium and long-term planning including revenue potential, product focus, and resources.</li><li>Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Skills and Experience Required:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any other related field</li><li>Master’s Degree is a plus</li><li>At least 7 years in a similar role </li><li>CFA, CMA, CPA is a plus</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications</li><li>Knowledge of ERP Systems – Orion, WMS is a plus</li></ul>
