Lead Corporate Services Officer (IT Support)

<strong><u>About The Role<br><br></u></strong>You will responsible for overseeing, monitoring business applications to derive maximum benefit through automation of core activities and processes followed by Corporate Services and to proactively assess, recommend, evaluate and integrate IT Systems needs for the Properties & Facilities and Transportation departments, work in coordination with IT department to implement the agreed IT work program.<br><br><strong><u>Accountabilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Capture the procedures, process and SOPs followed in Corporate Services Division and provide necessary feedback to IT Project team for software development.</li><li>Work closely with IT to evaluate existing/new applications for the departments. Identify gaps in current applications / processes for further development/ improvement by IT departments’ Project Team based on inputs received from stakeholders.</li><li>Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the business applications to derive maximum benefit through automation of core activities and processes followed by Corporate Services.</li><li>Provide functional inputs to IT for process/functional improvement and report/interfaces development.</li><li>Verify that all developed systems are mapped and aligned with company policies.</li><li>Verify accuracy and integrity of data and reports maintaining the confidentiality of the information</li><li>Generating project feasibility and costing reports, develop functional specifications document, implement project plans, prepare user manuals and provide training to business users on system functionalities; followed by verification on whether all developed systems are mapped and aligned with company policies and data migrated successfully to new system(s) with minimal service disruption.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications<br><br></u></strong><strong>About you <br><br></strong><strong><u>You Will Possess<br></u></strong><ul><li>A minimum of 5 years specialist of job-related experience required.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Computer Science / IT</li><li>Should have managed IT projects with exposure to Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and productions support.</li><li>Competent in understanding the functionality of modules like Facilities Management System, Oracle Property Manager, Inventory Management System, Asset Management system.</li><li>Business Process Analysis, candidates with certifications will be preferred.</li><li>Well versed with programming languages like C# or others.</li><li>Must be well conversant with Business Intelligence tool Power BI and/or Tablue.</li><li>Excellent computer skills.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills</li><li>Command of English language</li><li>Managerial skills – Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills.
