Collections Officer
– Candidate should be a graduate with 2-4 years of credit and collections experience;
– Should have great communications skills in English – reading, speaking and writing;
– Should be able to speak to clients, finance team and internal teams
– Should have the ability to drive closure on payables and reach an agreement on payment plans;
– Should be able to follow up and get hold of things assigned to him/her
– Should have a balanced approach and must know how to speak to different groups/people
– Should have problem solving abilities and must be able to understand internal and external circumstances and find solutions
– Should have a basic understanding of reporting
