Job Description
This role is responsible to mainly service A category trade accounts by promoting FZ as a key airline catering to various business segments, deploy agreed commercial plans within the key accounts and achieve the set revenue targets
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Activities
1. Implement agreed sales strategies to service existing trade clients and achieve Revenue targets for allocated territory or portfolio of clients.
2. To promote the flydubai brand, products and services through the various distribution channels available
3. To ensure that the product and promotional plans are understood and implemented to give the greatest impact in the market.
4. Continuously monitor market data intelligence to facilitate quick, dynamic decision making process on a day to day basis.
5. To negotiate & manage existing and new commercial agreements and within trade accounts
6. Key account management and development
7. Concluding lucrative commercial deals with key trade accounts
8. Recommend and ensure competitive pricing strategy on key corporate routes
9. Market intelligence
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Minimum Qualification
• University degree or equivalent
Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in airline or travel agency in UAE in a similar job role.
Certificate / License required
• Specialized training in: MIS
Additional Requirements
• Broad knowledge and experience in: key account management, UAE travel market trends
• Above average skills in: analytical skills, presentation and organizational skills, interpersonal
• Excellent skills in: key account management, influencing and negotiations
• General knowledge of: key TMC’s and travel agents in UAE
• Experience in: Key account management and selling
