<strong>How You’ll Make An Impact</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Implement the Integrated QualityManagement System</li><li>Conduct Internal Quality Audits,initiate and monitor improvements.</li><li>Drive Non-Conformance Cost (NCC)reduction / avoidance initiatives</li><li>Facilitate Root Cause Analysis /Corrective / Preventive Actions</li><li>Prepare and distribute Quality Reportsbased on KPIs.</li><li>Facilitate monthly quality improvementmeetings based on the area KPI’s.</li><li>Support Cost Awareness initiatives.</li><li>Map processes, update, simplify andsupport digitalization.</li><li>Customer survey management,improvements and follow up.</li><li>Provide/ organize training forrelevant topics.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What You Bring</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related</li><li>The candidate needs to be self-drivenwith a mindset to drive improvements. </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience inrelevant field is desired. </li><li>Prior experience or qualification in followingareas <br></li></ul><p><br></p>i.
