Job Description

IT Specialist is mainly responsible for reviewing diagnostics and assessing the functionality and efficiency of systems.<br><ul><li>Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.</li><li>Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, printers, networking equipment, and network operating systems.</li><li>Rolling out new equipment, as well as performing corrective and preventative measures on existing equipment.</li><li>Configuration of authentication, authorization, and directory services.</li><li>Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, etc.</li><li>Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords</li><li>Resolve problems reported by end-user</li><li> Handle user and asset management by managing users, roles, and permissions and keeping the inventory of hardware, software, and applications.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li></li><ul><li>From 0 to 2 years’ Experience as an IT specialist.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of hardware and software.</li><li>Ability to improve processes and automate them.</li><li>Documentation and reporting skills.</li><li>Multiple tasking.</li><li>Excellent IT, communication and management skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles</li></ul></ul>
