Sales Account Manager Elevators/ AFET/ Jeddah

What you will do

  • Identify and target new customers with new sales opportunities.
  • Develop brand image and prequalify brand with industry consultants.
  • Initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Division.
  • Achieve revenue and unit sales target through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention and efficient sales development strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.
  • Proactively managing customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand
  • Ability to manage every element (including but not limited to estimation, preparation/submission of quotation, negotiation, submission/approval of shop drawings/ technical submittals) of the sales process on an individual level as well as a team.
  • Collecting market data and perform analysis for lost projects
  • Remain abreast with latest regulations, standards and good working practices within the industry in relation to Elevators and Escalators.
  • Any other works assigned by superiors from time to time

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Possess KSA Driving License.
  • Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Self-motivated with skills to motivate others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill

What equips you for the role

Education:

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:Β 

  • 5-8 plus years of experience
