About HI Design Events
HI Design Events is the original event series for the hospitality interior design community. With three events throughout the year (MEA, Europe and Asia), hotel groups, interior designers, procurement specialists and developers (the Buyers) meet with FF&E providers (the Suppliers), in a 5* hotel, for business meetings, networking and seminars.
Job Summary: To design and deliver successful marketing campaigns for HI Design Events.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Planning, Campaign Management & Execution
- Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy for buyers and suppliers
- Set out and monitor entire budget and drop schedule
- Use the full marketing mix to promote the event in accordance with the marketing strategy and overall business objectives
- Identify target universe and key segments within target universe
- Develop personas, value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments
- Develop and deliver Content Calendar through relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, etc.)
- Ensure show websites are fully up to date with latest information in accordance to campaign cycle
- Maintain active social media channels in line with market expectations, monitor engagement and maximize conversion
- Strategic database build
- Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to
- Use all media tools such as social platforms, explore new marketing channels
- Copy write and proof all marketing materials (in conjunction with Portfolio Director) in line with the content calendar and messaging
- Update and adhere to agreed marketing budget
Analysis & Insight
- Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns
- Identify appropriate media partners and associations and negotiate barter deals to maximize event exposure
- Monitor campaign performance, produce relevant and timely reports and recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights
- Use GA & Power BI (and other analytics dashboards if needed) to monitor & report campaign performance.
