Provide assistance including arranging meetings, taking minutes of meetings, booking travel arrangements, managing communications and others<br><br><strong> Key responsibility <br></strong><ul><li> Communicate manager instructions or requests to relevant individuals and/or departments to ensure smooth coordination. </li><li> Maintain confidential records and proper electronic and paper filing system to ensure proper office administration and record keeping </li><li> Maintain proper and organized calendar, internal and external correspondence for the head to support optimum utilization of time and attention to priority </li><li> Organize and arrange calls and meetings, ensuring minutes of meetings are accurately recorded and communicated to attending parties </li><li> Follow up on required actions to be executed by assigned/concerned personnel. </li><li> Ensure that all policies, procedures, processes and standard operating procedures are applied correctly and followed thoroughly to ensure a standardized process </li><li> Manage and communicate with different and several stakeholders </li><li> Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues </li><li> Providing administrative assistance, as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, preparing PowerPoint presentation, Excel sheets, reports etc. <br><br></li></ul><strong><u>Academic Experience Required<br><br></u></strong>Bachelor degree in Business Management, Administration or related discipline<br><br><strong><u>Professional Experience Required<br><br></u></strong>5-7 years of secretarial experience<br><br><strong> Computing skill </strong><strong> s <br><br></strong>Professional use of computer and MS Applications<br><br><strong><u>Personal Skills<br></u></strong><ul><li> Excellent secretarial & Multitasking skills </li><li> Excellent Planning and organizing skills </li><li> Self-driven who is able to work with minimum supervision </li><li> Flexible multitasker and can work under pressure </li><li> Strong Time Management and Interpersonal Skills <br><br></li></ul><strong> Languages <br><br></strong>Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic<br><br><strong>Location: EMEA : Egypt : Egypt : EGTOLIP – Tolip El Narges-New Cairo <br><br></strong>Learn more about Grifols<br><br>
