About the job Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Monitor the company’s financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management in the UAE.
  • Must have experience in contracting & construction industry 
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a finance team and provide leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
