<strong>Description<br></strong>Develop the Squad as a self-organized team that is responsible and accountable for delivering business value<br><br><strong>Job Responsibility<br></strong><ul><li> Provide Agile coaching &amp; leadership to the Squad team members to embed the Agile values and practices </li><li> Plan and coordinate with other Squads to ensure the proper delivery of own squad scope and cross-squad features in production <br><br></li></ul><strong>Criteria<br></strong><ul><li> Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques </li><li> Familiar with Jira </li><li> Goods skills of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency </li><li> Understand and promote agile principles and values </li><li> A great team player who is comfortable helping point out impediments </li><li> Excellent communication and mentoring skills </li><li> Able to inspire and motivate people and multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams </li><li> Previous vendor management experience is plus.</li></ul>
