<strong>About this opportunity!<br><br></strong>We are looking for an RSC QA Inspector Role who has a leading, training, mentoring, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.<br><br>The job role is used for Fiber, Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g., Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.<br><br>Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is implemented within in the Project EHS requirements.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do</strong><ul><li>Organize and coordinate rollouts.</li><li>Handle work orders and compensation.</li><li>Plan and follow up of quality assurances.</li><li>Manage and Support Service Delivery.</li><li>Drive Performance and Competence Management.</li><li>Leading establishments of new projects with project teams.</li><li>Conduct all milestones in Mentoring Programs:</li><ul><li>Prepare project MoPs and training materials.</li><li>Pre and post assessment.</li><li>Theoretical&amp; Practical Training and FNIs.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>You will bring<br></strong><ul><li>Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom).</li><li>Min years of experience: 3-5 years.</li><li>Domain-experience: Area of expertise within network rollout (RAN/Transmission)</li><li>You will need to have excellent Leading &amp; supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial attitude</li><li>Coping with pressures and setbacks.</li><li>Delivering results and meet customer expectations.</li><li>Planning and organizational skills for large projects.</li><li>Local industry and standards knowledge.</li><li>Excellent Follow-up and Reporting skills.</li><li>Excellent capabilities to prepare and maintain project related MoPs.</li><li>EHS Knowledge &amp; Skills.<br></li></ul><strong>Additional preferred requirements:<br></strong><ul><li>Erisite &amp; Eritop experience and knowledge.</li><li>Ericsson NRO Tools definition and training.</li><li>Fiber Knowledge and experience.</li><li>English and Arabic language skills.<br></li></ul>This role is opened to be hired across Egypt Pakistan, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya based on selected candidate location.<br><br><strong>Why join Ericsson?<br><br></strong>At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
