Responsibilities
– Dealing with customer issues via phone.
– Handling customers and solving their problems.
– provide knowledgeable answers to customers. questions about product, pricing, and availability.
-work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
-Location: 6 October with transportation.
Requirements
-Graduates only.
-Both genders can apply.
-Ready to start immediately.
–Fluent English (B2, C1)
-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent communication, handling, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize work.
