We are hiring a brilliant Finance Director to support our CEO. They will manage the company’s cash flow and help set our directory towards profitability.
Responsibilities:
Work with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process and develops operating budgets relevant to the department and other areas of operations. Prepare a monthly Balance sheet, income statement, and financial statements. Calculate financial ratios and cash flow statements. Assist with the development of the Company’s business plan for future years and overview its implementation, Provide support and assistance to internal and external audits of the Company’s processes Participate in developing policies and procedures and ensure that they support and complement Company-wide strategic goals. Provide leadership through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in any related field Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data. Adaptability and strong problem solving skills. Excellent active listening skills. Strong excel experience. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.* Extensive, accurate product knowledge
