​Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international organisation, who is looking to hire a HR Generalist to support the daily functions of the HR Department in their Dubai Office. Our client requires somebody who speaks Spanish fluently and is passionate about Human Resources, career driven and enthusiastic.

About the role
In this role, you will develop strong relationships embracing a team work approach, assisting the Human Resources Manager to ensure companies policies and procedures are compliant with the UAE labor law. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to preparing offer letters and employment contracts whilst ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new joiners, to ensure a smooth transition into their new role.

As a HR Generalist, you will also monitor staff holiday and sick leave, coordinate with the PRO regarding visa process as well as handle other HR Operational Responsibilities.

About you
To be considered for this role, you should have further education in HR or a similar field with 2+ years’ experience working within Human Resources. You will be able to demonstrate excellent recruitment and onboarding process, with exceptional knowledge of UAE labor law.

It is essential that you have excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
