Job description:<br><br>Job Purpose <p>Take full responsibility of overall management of department<br>Plan, develop ,execute and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost. <br>Deliver as per company quality standards.<br>Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the department to a further step<br><br></p>Key Accountability Areas <p>• Providing technical support to other departments in selection of equipment’s.<br>• Planning, monitoring and analyzing the activities of factory testing / site commissioning<br>• Clarification and resolving of technical issues during factory testing / site commissioning<br>• Attending technical meetings with customer/end user for project scope of work and clarification<br>• Reviewing and coordinating with other departments for the smooth progress of testing plan<br>• Coordinating with subordinates for smooth progress of testing activities<br>• Clarifying the customer inquiry with the support of manufacturer on time<br>• Preparation of project wise manpower plan<br>• Coordination during customer inspection<br>• Performance evaluations of sub-ordinates and identifying training needs<br>• Initiation of continual improvement and maintain records<br>• Initiation of corrective and preventive action and maintain records<br>• Responsible for after sales service<br>• Managing all NCR’s<br>• Controlling the Manpower in the site <br>• Controlling the Cost Control through Service Module in the system<br>• Handling all critical issues with clients and end users<br>• Coordination between the departments to meet the site requirement <br>• Let the Technicians / Engineers to go to the site to rectify the problems when required <br>• Develop the Customer Service Team in order to keep providing the best services <br>• Apply all safety procedures.<br><br></p>Role Accountability <p>HR Profficincy:<br><br></p><ul><li>Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and the corrective action accordingly. </li><li>Provide periodic work progress reports.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring and control budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.  </li><li>Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans. </li><li>Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deploy them.</li><li>Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.  </li><li>Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.</li><li>Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its
