Roles & responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities would include:

  • Multi-vendor NPO engineer to handle 3G/4G New features and audits to enhance NW level KPIs and end user experience

  • The expert should be able to handle Technical cases like analyzing degraded KPIs / KQIs

  • RAN Basic knowledge for 2G/3G/4G/5G – Expertise in at least Two Technologies

  • Hands on experience for Drive Test & Traces logs analysis

  • Basic Knowledge in programing and automation principles, ready to work on new advanced optimization tools.

  • The NPO Engineer should be able to work on different NPO tasks including and not limited to; Costumer complaints, Massive Event handling, Worst cells analysis, Capacity and dimensioning.

  • The NPO Engineer should be able to design and prepare high quality technical presentations

Resolving technical issues, interfacing with Customer, technical representatives.  Tailoring technical project status reports and performance data to internal and customer management.  

Strong moral and ethical values alongwith the ability to work as a team player are mandatory traits.

Your skills and experience

Be able to technically drive the project with the customer.  Be able to handle all escalations, avoid escalations and technically deliver in a cost effective manner

Have an indepth knowledge and experience in NPO domain in 3G and/or Lte in MV as a subject matter expert.  

Strong anlaytical skills coupled with the ability to think/design out-of-box solutions.

Bachelor’s in engineering (electrical, telecom etc.).
