ABOUT THE FUNCTION

This Engineering function is responsible for maintenance and planning across the hotel to ensure full availability and serviceability of hotel facilities and to minimise disruption for guests. It is responsible for overseeing all repair work, preventative maintenance and reconstruction work is completed to standard, as well as ensuring functional emergency recovery plans.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Minimum Certification in Maintenance Engineering or related Technical field.
  • Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
  • Good knowledge of preventive maintenance of Hotel assets.

General Responsibilities AC technician

  • Deliver highest quality service to exceed our guest expectations.
  • Upsell and identify additional revenue opportunities. Support cost management procedures in the hotel.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following fire, life and safety standards at all times for self, colleagues and guests.
  • Develop self by attending all trainings provided in the department and the hotel.
    Key Job Responsibilities
  • Repair all kind of AC units and refrigeration systems.
  • Monitoring and controlling of chilled water systems.
  • Attending to the guest room complaints.
  • Servicing and maintaining of all kind of AHU,FCU & AHUS.
  • Shift duties.
  • Repair services maintain of the pumps.
  • Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.
  • Repair and replace broken windows, doors and locks.
  • Repair or replace all types of tiles, floor and wall when required.
  • Carry out general repairs to block work walls.
  • Carry out general plumbing, repairs and silicon sealant replacement etc.
  • Carry out general painting works as required.
  • Repair and fix damaged shelving and furniture when necessary.
    Job Requires…
  • 2-3 Years of hospitality experience
  • Technical certificate.
