Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

As a Maintenance Trainer, you will contribute to the development and training of the department/team.
As a Maintenance Trainer, you will be responsible for:

Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team

Discussing consequences of changes in products and processes for the team in the organization
-
Providing continuous trainings to the rest of the team throughout the year
-
Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going support to assigned customers in the designated geographic region or coverage area

Working together with people from the business unit
-
Handling standardized project processes
-
Handling targeted clients, and working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in mechanical workshops and/or Electronic Lab environments

Have a minimum of a Technical Diploma

Be knowledgeable on basic electronics and electrical circuits

Be able to read and understand system diagrams and mechanical drawings
-
Be fluent in Arabic
-
Have excellent communication skills
-
Have excellent training skills
-
Have excellent interpersonal and team working skills
-
Be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office environment

Be fluent in English
