<strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead “end to end” GBS transformation journey for TR, from design to stabilization and business case realization. Engage closely with key stakeholder across sector and provide consistent and clear communication.</li><li>Support the implementation of Global systems &amp; platforms impacting the TR portfolio. Drive adoption of new technology/systems in delivery operations and sponsor related change management.</li><li>Standardize and harmonize TR operations, SLAs, KPIs, governance across all GBS and Local Business Services (LBS) organizations within AMESA. Ensure standard stakeholder experience irrespective of the hub delivering the service</li><li>Assure within TR HR Ops &amp; SD team the implementation of appropriate governance model, and ways of working that provides necessary proactive visibility to stakeholders and delivers quality services inline with agreed standards and KPIs</li><li>Lead capability building in delivery teams through formal methodological approach. Ensures robust skill building and onboarding plans are planned, delivered and refreshed timely.</li><li>Institutionalize solid knowledge management mechanism with checkpoints/review mechanisms to drive robust process documentation agenda.</li><li>Align the global strategy within HR Operations &amp; Services Delivery and Global Process Owner for TR to drive global process standardization. Assess risks in the processes and institutionalize controls for efficiency.</li><li>Build rigor on Continuous Improvement in service teams to Identify opportunities of value creation for stakeholders, enable prioritization and delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor Degree or MBA (Business, HR)</li><li>Overall 8-10 years of experience required in overall HR Core areas/processes in another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment. Within that, minimum 6-8 Years of Experience in core TR Delivery or COE</li><li>Experience in consulting, contracting and influencing senior leadership in COE/HRBP Organizations</li><li>Strong skills in End to End Project Management</li><li>Languages: Fluent in English (Written &amp; Verbal skills)</li></ul>
