<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p>JOB PURPOSE<p><br></p>As part of the sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser. Additionally, when required the merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling sessions and in-store sampling and/or promotions. Planograms must be adhered to for both on and off shelf displays. Any non-compliance to the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately. In addition to these duties the merchandiser is required to supply the pre-seller with the latest market information in order to take advantage of any selling opportunities.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Accountabilities:<p><br></p> Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.<p><br></p> Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.<p><br></p> Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.<p><br></p> Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.<p><br></p> Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products.<p><br></p> Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.<p><br></p> Monitor and report competitive activities.<p><br></p> Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.<p><br></p> Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.<p><br></p> Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.<p><br></p> Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.<p><br></p>Key Performance Measures:<p><br></p> Execution Standard.<p><br></p> LTA enforcement.<p><br></p> Journey plan adherence.<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p> Valid driving license.<p><br></p> Service-level oriented.<p><br></p> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
