Role Purpose

  • Responsible for properly executing insurance claims handling procedures at NEOM

Performance Measures (KPIs)

  • Claims settlement efficiency
  • Adherence to claims management policies

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of claims in line with policies and procedures for insurance claims handling at NEOM Company
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect all factual information and details about claims
  • Provide support in determining claims settlement values, settlement negotiations, policy terms application, and legal principles applicable on the claims

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of claims handling procedures
  • Knowledge of insurance risk management
  • Knowledge of regulatory & compliance in relevant industry sectors (preferably in KSA)

Qualifications

  • Post-graduation degree/diploma in management accounting, finance, or other field complimentary to the position
  • Insurance and/or risk-related certification/qualifications preferred (FRM, CIC, CPCU, CRM, AAI, etc.)
