Job Description:

  • Responsible for answering and addressing customer queries through calls and chat.
  • Should be able analyze customer requirements and proactively make decisions.
  • Should be able to multi-task.
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Good proficiency in english – Written & Verbal
  • Flexible to work on a shift schedule (6 days a week).
  • Should be able to use MS applications – Excel (advanced skills), Teams, etc.
  • Should have some basic experience in a customer support role.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Minimum 12th grade graduation.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in chat process. Freshers can also apply if has the right skill set
  • Language: Fluency in English & Arabic
  • Should be available to join with in 2 weeks
