Job Description

An HSE specialist is a professional who examines the health, safety, and environment (HSE) of various workplaces. Their responsibilities involve inspecting workplaces to make sure employers are compliant with health and safety regulations and providing feedback in the event of violations. Job duties include traveling to workplaces, conducting inspections, identifying violations, preparing reports, and speaking with managers and employees regarding health and safety standards. An HSE specialist needs good interpersonal skills and knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
