Our client:
- A well-known frozen food manufacturing company is looking to expand their team in KSA. A qualified and competent Shopper Marketing Manager would add great value to their ever-growing footprint within the region.
Your role:
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of shopper marketing strategy & activation plans backed by thorough shopper insights and market intelligence. Must be well versed with all aspects of Trade Category management and customer marketing. Be the custodian of top-notch customer development and partnerships across channels. Allocating the budget, formulating the annual investment plan, aligning global/regional strategies to locally executable plans. Would be responsible for the launch planning and execution for NPD.
Skills
Must have:
- We are looking for Trade Marketing/Brand Activation experts within the Saudi Market with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience within a multinational fmcg set up. Strong market knowledge with subsequent success stories of developing category strategy & delivering into excellence in execution and performance.
- Talented, high calibre Saudi national talent would be most preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, ability to overcome ambiguity, assertiveness, outside the box thinking would give you the edge.
