Contract type<p><br></p>Permanent<p><br></p>Full time / part time<p><br></p>Full time<p><br></p>Department<p><br></p>Property Management<p><br></p>Location<p><br></p>Cairo, Egypt<p><br></p>Role / Team Overview<p><br></p><strong> The Role </strong><p><br></p>A full time Associate Director Facility Management focusing on the development of the new FM service line within the Property and Facilities Management department.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and implementing an FM strategy and program for corporate clients inside the PM &amp; FM department</li><li>Managing the FM business line budget within the department</li><li>Actively approach clients and corporate partners in order to increase the portfolio</li><li>Developing and implementing systems and processes to establish the best practices for the business line</li><li>Developing and implementing measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness for all clients inside the department</li><li>Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques for properties</li><li>Constant innovation approach in maximizing the results on behalf of the clients</li><li>Generating and presenting regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts and expenditures</li><li>Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements in order to grow the business line</li><li>Managing the teams and the service providers in order to ensure the highest level of service quality</li><li>Monitoring service contracts for the department’s clients in order to ensure that facility management needs are being met</li><li>Have strong leadership behaviour and act as a positive example for your team</li><li>Motivate the team to outstanding flexibility and performance. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 7 years in Facility Management or Operational management</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 7 years in Facility Management or Operational management</li></ul>
