<strong>Summary</strong><p><br></p>The role of the Lead Auditor is to ensure Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems are developed, implemented and monitored via scheduled internal audits to meet the requirements of ISO9001, ISO450001 & ISO14001 and to ensure a program of continuous improvement is fully implemented.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Ensure standardization of documentation that is part of the ISO management system (Forms, Procedures, Processes & Job descriptions, and any other relevant documentation). </li><li> Develop and implement ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 specific procedures and policy documents . </li><li> Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by line management to assist the planning and management of operations. </li><li> Enhance HSSE Management System and ensure compliance with standards </li><li> Promote ISO management system awareness and p rovide technical support and staff training to all parts of the business to enhance the service capability of the business. </li><li> Independently carry out HSSE management system gap analysis and internal audits. </li><li> Ensure preparedness and readiness for external third-party certification and surveillance audits to gain relevant ISO certification. </li><li> Prepare internal audit schedule and plans for implementation </li><li> Collect and analyze complex data, evaluate systems and their related controls to ensure conformity with the relevant ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001) </li><li> Carry out business SWOT and PESTEL analysis to ensure that all threats and opportunities are identified, and relevant controls are in place </li><li> Collate and prepare internal audit reports for HSSE management review </li><li> Prepare and present bi-annual management review </li><li> Ensure all records and documents are controlled. </li><li> Track all open and closed non-conformities and update database. </li><li> Receive and update department organizational charts and ensure it is in the standard format. </li><li> Follow up on update of Job descriptions with various HSSE units. </li><li> Collate and prepare analysis on customer satisfaction. </li><li> Carry out any other functions/duties as so directed. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> B.Sc. or equivalent in related field </li><li> Certified Lead Auditor in multiple management system standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001, and qualified to the latest version of the standard </li><li> Up to date Membership of IRCA </li><li> Have a varied breadth of industry sector experience, ideally across the Port/ Container Terminal or Logistics industries </li><li> Demonstrate strong working knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management system standards, compliance, and auditing techniques. </li><li> Experience and proven track record of implementing ISO integrated management systems </li><li> Have held positions with significant Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management system responsibility </li><li> IT systems and applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Enablon) </li><li> Ability to positively communicate and interact with all levels within team and external Parties </li><li> Must possess qualities of Integrity, patience and empathy, outstanding interpersonal skills, very good communication skills, both oral and written (English essential / Arabic preferred) </li><li> At least 3 yearsβ experience as a QHSE Lead Auditor within a recognized company. </li><li> Ability to positively communicate and interact with all levels within team and external Parties</li></ul>
