Job Description
The Food and Beverage Trainer will lead Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Food and Beverage Division in achieving a service culture epitmized by 5-Star luxury ensuring Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai and property-specific standards are achieved.
A key member of the Food and Beverage division, The Food and Beverage Trainer will be responsible for the ongoing development of the Food and Beverage Colleagues and Leaders in creating a culture. To create “an energetic and exciting learning environment” across F&B, ensuring we work toward improving knowledge; skills and behaviors that are needed to drive business results and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience is an asset Minimum of 2-3 years progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience role in a large luxury hotel Previous experience with hands on training is a strong asset This position requires a collaborative, engaging, focused individual who understands the business needs and can translate this knowledge into highly effective training and development programs Passionate, energetic, creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated confidence presenting to colleagues and management Patient, with good problem solving and time management skills Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure Must possess outstanding guest service, communication and presentation skills Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction. University or College education
