Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Inventory Management- Inventory Naming , Area & Pricing Update, Design Changes areas & pricing update, Maintaining & updating Master, Recovery Memo for Major area variance, Cancel Bin Management, Tracking Promo eligibility, Control form for Sold attribute changes, Layout Maintenance and Update.
  • Sales Launch Process & Monthly Promos- Coordination for T&C, Circulation of Sales Policies and Promotions, Circulation of Sales launches & Teasers, Creating campaign in sales force, Updating area and pricing, Allocation of Units HOD/RM level, Releasing the Inventory for booking. In Additional to attend events.
  • Sales Admin Mail Box- Inventory Availability, Movement of Inventory as per Strategy team, Re-instatement of rejected unit, Unit Rejection for re-booking, Upgrades/Waivers/ allocation, Direct Release of Inventory.
  • Requests & Amendments- Layout Request, Adding Promotion Letter, Draft SPA generation, Amendment of Pricing , T&C, Payment Plan Amendment, Sales Offers, Adding Joint Buyer to a booked unit, System issues/errors, Adding Parking & Storage, discounts & rebates application & eligibility.
