You will be responsible for developing quality management based on work in a systematic manner. This primarily requires work process that refers to international recognized management model and Company Standards as well as know the tools to manage and control the construction activity, related processes and to continually improve by establishing an effective Lesson Learn process.<p><br></p><strong>As a member of the construction and commissioning team at Petrobel Belayim Petroleum Co. You will be responsible for:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Quality Policy and Quality Objectives to establish the overall intentions and direction of an organization in terms of quality</li><li> Quality Planning and focus to define quality objectives and specify the necessary operational processes to fulfil the quality objectives.</li><li> Quality Control to execute the operational process to ascertain the fulfilling quality requirements.</li><li> Quality Assurance to establish processes to provide confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled.</li><li> Quality improvement process to develop work cycle routine focused on increasing the ability to fulfil quality requirements.</li><li> Monitoring of the performance of Project Suppliers and Execution Contractors by interventions of project assigned QC Inspectors of appropriate discipline (ie Welding, NDT, Coatings, Electrical, Instrument; Mechanical; Piping) and verifying specific results to determine compliance with project specifications, international codes and standards.</li><li> Ensuring that approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) are developed prior to the start of each job</li><li> Reviewing the Contractors and Suppliers completion files for accuracy and adequacy, verifying the inspection reports and validating the results to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with project procedures and design and especially in respect to workmanship, quality, accuracy and safety.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements</strong>:<p><br></p><ul><li> Oil & Gas Industry experience</li><li> quality assurance and control experience</li><li> Fluent knowledge of English</li><li> intermediate knowledge of the specific Country language is preferred</li><li> ‘Offshore subsea facilities transp.
