The company has built and will continue to expand its impressive portfolio of industry leading projects and properties backed by the country’s major real estate developers.<p><br></p><strong>The Role</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>You Will Be Responsible For</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Building financial models to analyse and assess existing and potential real estate projects.</li><li>Monitoring portfolio investments by conducting regular risk and performance analysis.</li><li>Researching new investment opportunities and performing thorough due diligence.</li><li>Preparing reports and providing recommendations in order to assist in decision making.</li><li>Participating in all aspects of legal documentation, deal structuring and financing.</li><li>Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.</li><li>Building and maintaining a network of clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Ideal Profile</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate. </li><li>You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia, Rest of Asia and ANZ.</li><li>You have solid experience in due dilligence, deal structuring and performance analysis.</li><li>You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.</li><li>You are a strong networker & relationship builder</li><li>You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard</li><li>You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments</li><li>You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What’s on Offer?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Regional Role</li><li>Work alongside & learn from best in class talent</li><li>A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities</li></ul>
