<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare accurate estimation and cost planning </li><li>Prepare, support in the preparation and review of cost estimation for Projects in pursuit</li><li>Close liaison and arrange meetings with other departments for various estimation and benchmarking tasks. </li><li>Provision of general support information to the estimation and benchmarking team. </li><li>Create project costings and budgets from clear objectives. </li><li>Analysing project data efficiently and seek for necessary clarifications if needed.</li><li>Working as a proactive team player to achieve team goals. </li><li>Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of budget estimates. </li><li>Undertaking cost management services with limited supervision. </li><li>Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> BSc in quantity surveying </li><li> Preferrable being a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors </li><li> A minimum of 5 years’ technical delivery experience gained within a global consultancy firm </li><li> Cost Estimation &amp; Cost Planning Experience </li><li> Post-contract experience is an advantage </li><li> UAE/GCC experience </li><li> Good technical writing and communication skills </li><li> Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute </li><li> A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude</li></ul>
