Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the JASARA programs through commercial management and operations. JASARA Program Management Company is a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco that aims to improve the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. The Commercial Manager will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by providing essential support in managing and overseeing commercial operations.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all commercial operations meet the company’s goals and objectives while complying with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to bring experience in commercial management and expertise in contract administration. Additionally, the candidate will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will need to work closely with other members of the JASARA team.
As part of an exciting and dynamic team, the Commercial Manager will have the opportunity to work on complex and exciting programs that will bring visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Procurement and Contracts Department to ensure the most competitive bids for supplies and services are obtained
- Manage the overall commercial operations of the company
- Ensure that commercial operations meet established policies and procedures
- Participate in the development of long-term strategies, goals, and objectives for commercial operations
- Manage contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors
- Work with legal teams to ensure contract compliance
- Maintain and manage contracts database in coordination with the legal team
