Overview

Implements, administers and evaluates Company-wide professional, academic development and enrichment programs serving GC 10-14 employees and non-employees. Provides advisory support and counsels participants and Company employees as needed. Takes part in researching, assessing, developing and proposing customized solutions or host professional development programs based on required organizational and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1- Facilitates nomination/placement process of professional development program participants and processes employees assignments. Processes, for approval, submitted transactions of accepted participants.

2- Monitors development/academic progress and assesses skill acquisition of professional and programs’ participants. Counsels low performing participants as needed. Reviews to communicate, on regular basis, candidates’ proposed assignments to ensure proper placement based on meaningful plans.

3- Provides customer guidance, resolves cases, within approved guidelines, and monitors academic performance progress to ensure impactful and value added outcomes are achieved.

4- Communicates regularly with sponsoring line organizations about candidates academic progress to ensure that corporate and national talent development needs are met. Advises customers or participants of approved policies and guidelines.

5- Provides internal consultation to line organizations about professional development plans and academic programs processes and guidelines. Formulates operational solutions to address development concerns or academic performance issues.

6- Conducts research on participants development and academic programs evaluation and prepares reports. Conducts benchmark studies to meet corporate development needs. Updates contracts, agreements, applicable sections of the HR and G.I. Manuals.

7- Assists in drafting/reviewing corporate communications. Verifies information and target audience for corporate events.

8- Evaluates or facilitates career or talent development interventions. Evaluates development program candidates and reviews the nature of proposed assignment to ensure proper placement and meaningful development plans execution. Assists in the delivery of professional or talent development solution

9- Prepares reports, overview analyses and statistical information on development programs for management review. Recommends enhancements in response to critical review or business cases of confidential nature as required.

10- Provides strategic consultation to internal or external critical personnel and recommends alternatives. Oversees policies and guidelines common understanding and ensures compliance against industry trends. Reviews contracts content.

11- Administers adaptation of best practices, operational research studies & policy reviews. Builds strong relationships with line organizations, stakeholders and partners to leverage the understanding of key business drivers. Collaboratively, develops innovative training or career interventions.

12- Provides support on issues requiring responses to the Saudi Arab Government and outside agencies. Conducts campus visits, meets with participants, professors and school officials as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Degree: BSc in HR, MIS or business administration

Years of experience: 8 years minimum
