KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Assess and minimize the risks associated with the Projects and Contracts through appropriate Mitigationcontrols, mechanisms and strategies.# Provide independent advice, coordination and follow up at the-point-of-need on related projects and otherAgency-projects related issues, ensure and advise Manager on all projects key issues.# Direct and analyse statistical data and reports to identify the root causes and provide recommendations andsolutions for improvement.# Propose necessary changes if required to minimize delays, expenditures and enhance the profitability.# Provide an independent review of the projects management team work progress and methodology.# Perform benchmarking of processes and procedures so as to adhere to best practices.# Provide progress reports and reports on the performance of the consultants as required for the section to theDirector, Agency CEO.# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.# Assist in ensuring that key performance indicators are developed for the section and to enable effectivemonitoring of the projectsβ performance.# Assist in developing policies, procedures, frameworks and guidelines for proper functioning and adherence toCommercial & Investment standards by all stakeholders concerned.
# Communicate the Policies, Procedures to all relevant stakeholders and address the implementation concernsissues with necessary changes if required.
