<strong><u>About Our Client</u></strong><p><br></p>We are working with a sovereign wealth fund which is looking for an expert in economic developments to monitor International and MENA markets. This role would be based full time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. <strong>What the job involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Tracking KSA and international markets and economic developments.</li><li>Developing data-driven insights and communicating findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Preparing macroeconomic research following release of incoming economic and financial data.</li><li>Developing data-driven insights and communicating findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Developing and maintaining models to assess the impact of macroeconomic and financial markets changes on the portfolio. </li><li>Research skills and fluency in tools such as Oxford Economics, Bloomberg, IHS Markit, and CapIQ</li></ul> <strong>Who we are looking for</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in economic development agencies, finance, advisory or strategy roles focused on economic research and portfolio monitoring / reviews.</li><li>Strong knowledge of economic theory and an excellent track record of delivering high quality economic research, scenario analysis, and developing data driven insights. </li><li>Experience within economic research and insights teams at top-tier investment banks, strategy consultancy firms, credit rating agencies or leading research agencies would be advantageous. </li><li>Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution in: Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related fields.</li><li>Advanced degrees and/or professional qualifications, such as the CFA, are preferred.</li></ul>
