Job Description

<p>Duties and Responsibilities : </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Contribute in organizing new projects implementation plan &amp; scheduling stages in accordance to team capabilities.</li><li>Distributing project tasks within team.</li><li>Performing calculations and basic analytical tasks related to land use, demographics and survey methods</li><li>Assists in the generation of written reports &amp; documents needed for &nbsp;&nbsp;project proposals.</li><li>Creates and revises drawings and renderings</li><li>Produces graphics for planning documents and presentations</li><li>Revising and providing time sheets related to designers working hours in every project.</li></ul><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span>Conducting research and attending workshops and conferences to remain up-to-date with the latest design trends</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or related field.</li><li>+ 8 years of related experience in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field preferred</li><li>Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Affinity preferred</li><li>Ability to maintain Leadership, &amp; effective communications with project team members</li><li>Effective presentation skills. </li><li>Mapping ability such as drafting, coding and digital technologies preferred</li><li>Time management- Ability to multi-task, meet overlapping deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Submit portfolio with application if existing.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>for interested candidates please send your cv with portfolio to : esmatarzet066@gmail.com</p><p><br></p>
