<strong><u>About Role<br></u></strong><ul><li> As EDW designer, you will design and build an Enterprise Data Architecture and ensure that new applications built follow the existing Data Models (Logical/Physical)</li><li>Yow will closely work with business analysts to design the data flow and ensure there is proper data.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Our Ideal Candidate (Key Skills &amp; Experience)<br></u></strong><ul><li>Primary Skills (Must have): A minimum 3 years of experience in working with Teradata Communications data model (CLDM) or business knowledge of any Telecom industry data model for data warehouse.</li><li>Good understanding of one or more telecommunications lines of business (Prepaid/Postpaid Mobile, Fixed Line, Broadband and TV)</li><li>Experience in creating and maintaining the conceptual, logical, and physical data model for the business requirement</li><li>Ability to write the Teradata SQLs and Oracle SQLs for the data analysis in the warehouse and source systems for data analysis and data profiling flow/data-mapping documentation is established.</li><li>You will be responsible for design reviews and conduct walkthrough sessions of mapping documents with the development teams to ensure there is clear understanding of the data flow and other data entities</li><li>You will proactively work with the development teams to ensure there is adherence to the database standards.</li><li>You will be working as data modeler and data solution designer.</li><li>Experience working with data modeling tools – e.g., Erwin <br></li></ul>Employee Status : Full Time Employee<br><br>Shift : Day Job<br><br>Travel : No<br><br>Job Posting : Jun 05 2023<br><br><strong><u>About Cognizant<br><br></u></strong>Cognizant (Nasdaq-100: CTSH) is one of the world’s leading professional services companies, transforming clients’ business, operating and technology models for the digital era.
