Laundry Washerman

Create the experience before the guest has even arrived. As a Laundry Washerman, the organizational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and that our guests Feel Welcome from the minute they step into their room.

What you will be doing:

– Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
– Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery in accordance with company standards.
– Monitor levels in chemical containers to ensure chemicals are being dispensed, and notify the supervisor accordingly.
– Document and escalate any variances/maintenance and purchase requests to the supervisor.
– Maintain the whole laundry area clean and tidy at all times.
– Responsibly maintain and store all equipment and cleaning tools. (Vacuum cleaner, brooms, dustpan, mops, chemicals etc.)
– Communicate effectively with all laundry personnel and all other departments.
